Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Churnaut collects, uses and protects information when customers use the platform or when known visitors arrive through Churnaut-enabled links.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, business email and company details when you request a demo, create an account or contact support. On customer websites, the Churnaut snippet may process session identifiers, UTM parameters, ad-click identifiers, page activity and other signals configured by the customer.

2. How we use information

We process this information to provide deterministic session resolution, apply customer-configured personalization rules, measure usage, produce pipeline intelligence, secure the service and communicate with customers. Churnaut does not sell customer or visitor data.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers control the links they send, the website snippet they install and the routing rules they configure. Customers are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining consent where their applicable laws require it.

4. Storage and security

Application data is stored using Supabase and PostgreSQL with tenant access controls. Data in transit is protected with TLS. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Churnaut also uses infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare, Vercel, Upstash and selected AI providers to operate the service.

5. Cookies and local identifiers

Churnaut may use a first-party visitor identifier to recognize a returning session for personalization and analytics. Churnaut does not require third-party advertising cookies for deterministic link resolution.

6. AI processing

Scout may process relevant CRM and visit context through contracted AI infrastructure to create deal briefs. Churnaut limits this context to what is needed to provide the feature and does not use customer data for unrelated advertising.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing support@churnaut.com. We will verify and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.
