Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Churnaut. Commercial terms agreed in an order form or checkout may supplement these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Churnaut, you agree to these terms. If you use Churnaut for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Permitted use

Churnaut is a business software service. You may use it only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy, marketing and communications laws.

3. Your data and configuration

You retain ownership of the CRM data, visitor data, content and routing rules you provide. You grant Churnaut permission to process that data only as necessary to operate, secure and improve the service.

4. Account security

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or integration has been compromised.

5. Subscription and cancellation

Subscription fees and usage limits are shown during checkout or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected billing period. You may cancel future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Availability and changes

Churnaut is an evolving service. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or non-payment.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Churnaut is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
